Subject	GRINDIN noise at StartUP--Any ideas?

Message	Hey, guys... I have a 92TT with low miles--25K or so. Ever since I got it 5-6 years ago, the thing would make a loud grinding noise (starter grinding) once in a while--maybe 1 out of 10 starts. It sounds awful, makes my teeth feel like they're gonna fall outta my head, and is embarassing. I had a Nissan tech do some work on it...he claims that he changed the starter. It's still happening. Anyone else have this problem? What have you done? Is it a prob with the flywheel? The car is in otherwise excellent shape, and the car never fails to start. This noise, though, is kinda irritating.
